I'll actually succeed in getting to the gym or running outside at least 5 days in a week. This week went like this...
Monday-went to the gym with Anne. 45 mins of intervals of walking for 2.5 mins @ 4.5 mph with running 2.5 mins at 7.0-7.5 mph. Hooray!
Wednesday-Fully intended on going to the gym, until I ended up with a daylong bellyache courtesy of the stupid danish I inhaled that morning. I forgot, yet again, that sweet baked goods+empty or almost empty stomach=bellyache and general yuck feeling. So, no gym.
Thursday-ran 5ish miles at Antrim with Katie and her dog Cal
Friday-rest day, since we went out to dinner at El Vaquero for our friend John's bday. Mmm, El Vaquero. I tried to get up before work to go to the gym, but it wasn't happening.
Saturday-ran almost 4 miles.
Today-half an hour or so on the elliptical with Anne followed by our usual Sunday 75 minute yoga class.
Me and my lack of will power...this week's goal? NO bellyache inducing baked goods!
